A Lammas Sound Bath & Harvest Ceremony hosted at The Sound Healing Center of Lexington
Lammas is a Gaelic festival marking the beginning of the harvest season and the midpoint between the summer solstice and the fall equinox. Let Amy Hudson guide you through healing vibrations using crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments. We'll express gratitude, meditate, and share in a ceremonial bread-breaking together, symbolizing the sharing of our collective blessings.
